Request an Instant Mechanic Service

Once you’ve completed your car owner registration, you can easily request a mechanic for immediate assistance right from the app or website.

Whether your car broke down unexpectedly or you simply need fast service, follow these simple steps to get help in minutes.

Step 1: Initiate an Instant Request

Head to your dashboard and click on “Set Manually.” The app will present you with two choices:

  • Instant Request – for immediate help.

  • Schedule for Later – if you prefer to plan ahead.

For instant service, select “Instant Request.” This will let the system know you need a mechanic right away.

Step 2: Describe Your Car’s Issue

Next, you’ll need to provide key details about the issue. Start by selecting your car brand (e.g., Acura, Toyota, Honda) and the specific service you require (e.g., engine diagnostics, tire repair, battery jumpstart).

Then, type a clear and detailed description of your car’s issue. Once done, click the “Request Mechanic” button to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Pinpoint Your Location

Since location matters when connecting you to nearby mechanics, you’ll be asked to set your current location.

  • If your car has broken down, simply set the map pin to where you are stranded.

  • If you need service elsewhere (e.g., at your home or office), set that location instead.

RQM integrates Google Maps, so you can easily drag and drop the pin or search for your location manually.

When ready, click “Match with Mechanic” to submit your request to available mechanics within your area.

Step 4: Get Matched with a Mechanic

Once your request is submitted, nearby verified mechanics will be notified immediately. Mechanics who meet your service needs and are available will respond to your request.

Shortly after, you’ll be able to contact the assigned mechanic via audio or video call to discuss your issue in more detail.

⚠️ Pro Tip:

Make sure your wallet is funded in advance to avoid delays! Mechanics will only be available for consultation once your wallet has enough balance for the session.
