Accept or Reject Requests
Step 1: Set Your Availability
Before you can receive any request, you must log into your mechanic dashboard and set your availability to “Active.” You will only receive notifications within your set working hours and days, based on the schedule you selected during profile setup.

Step 2: Receive Request Notifications
When a car owner submits a service request that matches your:
Location
Car specialties
Service offerings
You will receive a real-time ringer notification on your phone. This means the system detected a match between your expertise and the car owner’s needs.

Step 3: Accept or Reject the Request
When the notification arrives, you have two options:
Accept the Request: If you are available and ready to take the call, simply accept the request. You will then be connected to the car owner via audio or video call, powered by VideoSDK.
Reject the Request: If you are unavailable or unable to assist, you can decline the request. The system will automatically send the request to another nearby mechanic who fits the requirements.

Step 4: Earn as You Consult
Once you accept a request and start a call, the car owner is charged per minute. Your earnings from the call are automatically credited to your mechanic wallet on the platform after the session ends.
